Nature's Gift

My power grew substantially throughout the weeks of practice.

I turn around to face Cross who was laying on his back, head resting on my lap.

"Cross?" I ask testing if he is asleep or not.

"Hmm?" He hums lightly. He turns to face me and rubs his head on my middle.

"If I am crazy, then does that make you crazy as well?"

"I am not crazy, Error."

"I suppose not." I mutter while finishing up my row on my knitting project.

Cross bites his lip(?) and turns back, looking up at the ceiling.

"Dream went out. Do you maybe want to..." He looks at me.

"What are you suggesting?" I ask.

"Nevermind." He quickly says sitting up and covering his face with his arm.

"I will head out first." He says before teleporting away.

Is he always strange like that?

I shrug it off.

Whatever it is, if it was important he would stress it harder.

All I wish is that he would have gave me a kiss.

My supposed birthday is coming up soon.

Virgo wraps around me and pulls me to my feet.

There we are.

I use my strings to grab the large book from the ground.

Once I open it I inscribe in the pages notes on nature magic.

In a good mood I walk down the hallway.

One more week left and here I am excited.

My entire body was rounder.

My walking pace was slowed down.

This is not the type of body I need for fighting my teacher.

Down the corridor is Cross having tea with Dream.

"Hey guys, I am done practicing."

"What exactly are you practicing?" Cross asks.

He finishes a cookie.

Someone else is also at the table.

"Hello Epic." I groan.

I was hoping that I could get Cross alone for a bit but it will have to wait.

That is how I find myself crouched on the ground breathing the fresh air of the garden.

"I thought I would find you here." Cross says. "It's been a few hours. I brought lunch, the guys also came if that is alright."

I smile lightly.

As long as you don't leave me alone.

Virgo and Mistake were soaking up the sunshine and we ate the picnic food prepared for us.

"Why is it that peanut butter and jelly intrigues me and disgusts me at the same time. I am getting mixed messages on whether I should eat it." I say craving, but not craving the sandwich.

"How about a sunflower butter one instead. Grape jelly instead of strawberry too." Cross offers.

I thank him and eat that one instead while Cross eats mine.

"Hey Error, you should tell us a story to pass the time."

"Why me. You know I hate creating stuff."

"You're not creating. You're uh... telling a lie that is meant to get others to imagine things. You know stories."
