This isn't a sappy romance. Not at all. No, Hailey has never been a fan of love stories. So instead, this is about a girl. A girls who is struggling to find herself, her friends, her life. She's hurting but no one can see it. Because popular, pretty Hailey is happy and normal. Lots of friends, guys love her- everyone does. But they don't see her, not really.
They don't see a hard past when they look into her joyful eyes, or stress that distracts her constantly when she smiles, not the pressure from her family to be perfect or the fear that she can't do anything right.
So what happens when someone begins to break down the walls no one even knew she had? Okay, so maybe it is a love story. But just a little bit.
