Chapter 2

( Tessa point of view ) now that it is lunch time it's currently 12:20 my new bosses are Kimberly and Christen "Vance" when I got here they invited me out tonight I told them I have a 5 month old daughter who feed directly from myself when I'm not there I give her bottle they told me instead of going to a club we can go to a restaurant which is better I don't want to leave Emery for a long time just to go and have fun with new people that I met a few times they also told me Vance's son will also be joining us
I am broken out of my thoughts when I get a text from an unknown number
Unknown number: hi Tessa

Tessa: who's this

Unknowingly number : Jace I would like to meet my kid

Tessa: Jace you are not going near her  it's sad  that you don't even know her gender until now or her name it's sad that you accuse me of cheating knowing I was always with you or at my moms house we shared locations with each other until that night I told you I was pregnant I found you having sex with an other girl in our bed. Sucks to say I don't want you in her life anymore she's better off with me don't contact me again.!

Kim" you okay you seemed pissed "
Tessa" yeah sorry um what time do you want to meet tonight at the restaurant?"
Kim" say about 8:30 since you get off at 6 I know you wanna go home and rest a little bit "
Tessa" yeah that sounds nice "
Kim" okay see you tonight "

(Few hours later
Time is 6)
Finally I get to go home and see my baby girl I'm not sure if I should tell my mom Jace texted me when he cheated on me I blocked him on everything I stopped sharing locations with him since then my mom is very protective of her daughters and granddaughter.
At Tessa's moms house
" hey mom"
Carol "hey honey how was work ?"
While I am picking up emery i tell her it was good and they invited me and emery to dinner with them.
"I am happy for you honey you know when your father passed away I was scared that I was gonna go insane "
I tell her she is crazy when she needs to be we talk a little bit about emery how she was today watch tv and do a little bit of online shopping time is now 7:55pm
While I'm putting emery in the car I get a call from Jace I'm trying to ignore him I know what he's gonna say I'm done with the lies and he knows how to push my buttons.
 
At the restaurant
I'm the first one to get there well we me and and emery
I take her out of her car seat and start playing with her while doing that Kim and Vance and a young looking handsome guy show. Up I totally forgot he's Vance's son and was gonna join us
