Narrator: It was the next day, right after Y/N took down the mage killer Rend He went home to rest

Y/N started waking up from his slumber as the light from the rising sun emerged from his window

Damn that was some fight, then again It didn't seem like he was trying all that hard... Well any who i gotta get the day started

Y/N spent his day texting Rin and going in and out of training trying to find his innate technique, it would be ground breaking to inherit one of the caliburn's many impressive techniques  passed down from his family.

It was getting dark as Y/N continued to train with his teachers at the Mage Association

You're getting better at  your overall output of mana. And your circuits seem to be coming in more day by day.. good job today Mr. Caliburn

I don't know, It's not like i can give you a guarantee on when your technique comes in.. All i can do is train you in mana Displacement. The rest will come naturally. 

Y/N .get's his bag and collects his things, and makes his way out of the school

on his way out he instantly got on a phone call with Rin and they made plans to see each other on her break.

Narrator: It's currently 9:47 PM and Y/N spent over half an hour after Nathalia's break ended just talking with her while she works.

You know next time you get an hour to two hour break we can just go on a date? i mean it's not like your mom is gonna be hunting you, while your supposed to be at work.

Y/N was currently trying to convince Rin to go out with him on a date. Which proved to be quite difficult seeing as Rin's mother is super strict and only lets her go out to work and school

Yeah i guess your right but i don't know the next time they'll give me another long break

why don't you ask for a longer break next time? like take a double shift, one where you work in the morning and then they make you come back later.

Hmmm.. that could work. They really like how i work anyway, I'm positive i could get that double shift.. 

Y/N is re filling his drink right before he leaves

He then approaches Rin and gives her a hug before leaving.
