As I walked down the hallway of Hogwarts, I couldn't help but feel nervous. I had just accomplished something that I was really proud of, and I was hoping that Cedric Diggory, the charming Hufflepuff Quidditch captain, would notice.

As I turned the corner, I saw him walking towards me with a smile on his face. "Hey there," he said, greeting me warmly. "I heard you did something pretty impressive today."

I felt my heart skip a beat. "Oh, um, yeah," I replied, trying to play it cool. "I, uh, managed to conjure a Patronus for the first time."

Cedric's eyes widened in surprise. "Really? That's amazing!" he exclaimed. "It's not an easy spell to master, but you did it!"

I blushed at his praise. "Thanks, Cedric. That means a lot coming from you."

He grinned. "Of course! You're one of the most talented witches I know. I've seen you fly and cast spells – you're incredible."

I couldn't help but smile at his words. Cedric was always so kind and encouraging, and I felt lucky to have him as a friend. "Thanks again, Cedric," I said, feeling a surge of confidence. "I really appreciate your support."

He nodded in agreement. "Anytime. You deserve it." With that, he gave me a friendly pat on the back and continued down the hallway, leaving me feeling uplifted and inspired.

As I walked away, I couldn't help but think about how lucky I was to have someone like Cedric Diggory in my life. His compliments always meant so much to me, and I knew that with his encouragement, I could accomplish anything.
