IVORY STARK was an unwanted child. of course, nobody told her that, but she knew it. an alcoholic uncle, many different boarding schools, and far too many unnamed women spending the night gave ivory all she needed, might as well have handed her a note with the words 'fuck off!'.
and where tony stark lacked in familial affection, he made up for in the luxury he bathed her in. ivory, like every girl, had grown obsessed with the glimmer and gold that she clothed herself in, and under the stark name she begun to set trends for women twice her age.
ivory liked to think she was just like all the other girls, but richer.
PERCY JACKSONwas a troubled kid. he knew this, his mum knew this, the campers knew this, the gods knew this. percy knew he wasn't the brightest in the bunch, that would be one of his best friends, annabeth chase.
but that didn't mean he was a complete idiot, he'd been around this demigod stuff for two years now, he knew the ropes. and when his best friend, grover, called to tell him about a couple half-bloods he'd found and needed to bring to camp, percy wanted to help.
