We made it back to Karma's mansion with my stuff. Weirdly enough, my weapons room did not shock Karma. When we had started packing my things, Karma picked the weapons he wanted to take. "Don't worry~ I'm just thinking of messing with the octopus with these. We know it won't kill him."
I knew this was a mistake, but I didn't know what else to do. We both knew someday, whether near or far, I would vanish once I've completed my task in the future. Yet somehow, my task has turned out to be Karma himself, but what exactly was it?
Unlike when I had information fill my head when I saw Koro-Sensei when I saw Karma, he sparked something inside me. It was something that I didn't realize I was missing. It's like he filled a part of me I didn't know was gone.
"Phoenix?"
I snapped my attention to Karma, who started slapping my cheeks to get my attention. "Hm?"
He chuckled at my dazed face. "This is probably a lot for you, but hey, you kissed me the first time we met."
I smiled at his statement. "I suppose there hasn't been a boring moment since I've been here, especially with you."
"Alright, how soon do you want to start?" Karma asked.
"Start what?"
He chuckled at my confused expression and led me back to his living room. "Figuring out how you're gonna get out of here."
I didn't know if I wanted to start at all. I almost planned on staying here forever. Yet I knew I couldn't. However, Karma didn't know about my epiphany, he thinks I'll be able to leave after the death of Koro-Sensei. He doesn't know that he would be the reason I'll be able to leave this universe.
We both sat on the couch before I spoke, "I've regained some of my... memories?"
"Memories? From a different world, I suppose?" Karma asked.
"Somewhat... It's more information than memories I guess, but I know what my true goal is now. It isn't Koro-Sensei... it's... you."
Whatever enjoyment was on his face disappeared and confusion replaced it instead. He slowly reached for my hand and intertwined our hands together. "Me? How is that supposed to work?"
"I'm not sure but how willing are you to find out?" I placed my other hand over his.
Karma cackled as he slipped his hand away. "This is some cheesy shit."
I blinked. "What now?"
"We figure out this stupid situation and get you back to wherever you belong." Karma said.
Karma grabbed my bag, pulled out a piece of paper, a pencil, and be mumbled to himself. "You don't have a led pencil?"
He wrote down some things, and when he finished, he held the paper up to let me read.
Possibilities on sending you home
1. We kiss X
2. We fuck(?)
3. We say "I love you"
4. You kill me
5. I kill you
6. We kill Koro Sensei together
7. ..."Um... that's... interesting." I said.
Karma chuckled. "Yeah, yeah, some of it is a bit vulgar but it doesn't matter. We need to factor in any possibility even if it costs something from each of us."
It was not just vulgar, it felt a bit violating. One of the possibilities involves us "fucking each other". How crude.
"Well, since we've obviously missed before and nothing happened, I crossed it off. But... did you feel anything when we did?" Karma asked.
