As you slam into the tall raven hair boy. You swear that you broke at least 10 bones, and some of them might have not even been yours.

"I'm so sorry sir!" You said in a rush as you just get off of him and ran towards the muscular guy. In response all you got was a grunt.

"Looks like you're not so tough now that you're actually fighting me face to face!" The man smirks as he cracks his fists.

All you do is laugh as you try to kick his knee but get blocked by his arm.

"Aww! Look, it's a child trying to act tough." He taunted you. He threw a punch which you dodged.

"Aww! Will you look at that, it's a boy trying to be a man." You mock as you get out a dagger from your pocket. This dagger is laced with California poppy. The poppy can be used to get high, but as a sedative as well.

With what's in  his system already, a couple of slashes should be enough to make him passed out. At least that's what you hoped would happen. Other wise you would need to kill him. But you'll leave that as a last resort.

You faked a punch at him to make him go into his blocking defense. And he did just that. Then you switched hands to the one with the dagger and gave him a cut across his arm. Nothing deep.

"YOU BITCH!" He yelped in pain. He then threw a punch to your right side, a little too quickly for you to dodged. It sent you to the ground, knocking the wind out of you. But not without you giving him another small cut.

He jumped up in the air and put his hands together in a fist, ready to smash in your skull. But instead you waited just 3 seconds before he even touched you to move aside.

His hands came in contact with the ground, stuck in the group as you stabbed his right shoulder and took out a small needle with a drop of Doll's Eye poison. You prick him with the needle. You counted up to 55 seconds to see if it had any effect.

Instead, he just seemed to get a bit dizzy but managed to get free from the ground and started to attack again. It seemed that his vision wasn't good since he was attacking every where, missing you with every punch. You didn't even have to dodge! So you kicked in his knee, possibly dislocating it, and hit a pressure point on the side of his neck. Instant knock out!

Coco came flying down screeching "LOSER! LOSER! What a loser!"

"Who? The guy or me?" You chuckle as she stood on his head.

Then you heard behind you some clapping. You turn to see the raven hair boy still standing there.

"I thought you were going to meet Jesus just now." He laughed, as you just stared at him a bit annoyed and a bit confused.

"Um.. thank you?" You said.

"So what did this guy do? You know, to deserve to be beaten." He asked, with a smile. What a weird guy.

"He was a bandit." You replied as you sat on the ground resting.

"And?" He said waiting for another explanation.

"No that's it. He was a bandit, with a bounty. And I'm a bounty hunter. " You explained

"I see. So why don't you fight me?" He asked, smiling once again.

"Because I haven't seen your bounty, if you have one. It's a waste of my time... I mean, to fight someone without a bounty." You said coldly.

"Ouch! That really hurts my feelings!" He exclaimed pretending to be shot in the heart.

"Get over it." You grumbled, annoyed at him. Who does he think he is!

"Hey! You know, you're really interesting! Why don't you join my crew!" He offered.

"No."

"What why!" He whined

"Cause I'm a bounty hunter." You pointed out the obvious.

"So?" He said genuinely confused.

You stared at him for awhile before saying, "I think you're missing a couple of brain cells."

As the raven hair boy acted offended and hurt, you got up and started to drag the body. Correction, attempted to drag his body. But your weak noodle arms were unless.

The raven hair boy was laughing his ass off at the sight.

"I have never... seen.. a bounty hunter... haha... as weak as you!" He barely managed to say between breaths.

"SHUT UP!" You yelled at him, your face redder than a tomato. "Instead of watching a woman in need, why don't you... Oh, I don't know. Maybe be a gentleman." You sarcastically said, saying gentleman a bit louder.

"And what do I get out of it?" He smirked

So he's not a complete dumbass. "How about I give you 2 thousand berries from this guy's bounty?" You proposed.

"Make it 5 thousand and we have a deal." He negotiated.

"Deal." You agreed putting your hand out to shake his. "Oh! And what's your name?"

"Ace. Portgas D. Ace." He shakes your hand firmly. "And you are?"

"You can call me Ivy. Just Ivy." You gave him a fake name.

"Very well Princess Ivy. Lead the way to where I should take the body." He bowed down, jokingly?

You cringed at the nickname. "First off, it's just Ivy. Second, we're going to the Marine's office. Hopefully they still accept bounties after sundown. I doubt it though." You coldly replied.

"First off, I'll call you want I want, Princess~ Second, I can't go to the Marines since I'm a pirate. Can't be a pirate behind bars." He mocked you

"If you don't have a bounty, then you'll be fine." You snapped at him. He sure is testing my patience. You ignored the nickname thing, since it seemed like a lost cause. "You're basically a nobody to them if you have no bounty."

"Man, you sure have a way with words. I beat you've moved mountains with those words of yours." He said sarcastically, but with a slightly harsh took.

"Can't deal with it, then leave." You grumbled as you started to walk away.

"And what would be the fun in that?" He smirked playfully, beginning to drag the body.

Murder is a sin. Murder is a sin. Murder is a sin. You repeated in your head to keep yourself from having two body.

Coco flew on top of your head looking back to Ace. Why? Who knows? Birds are weird like that. But not as weird as the idiot behind you.

"So why did you become an assassin?" He questioned. Why? Maybe to make small talk. Maybe to cause he's weird like that. Who knows?

"I need money." You replied quickly.

"And why do you need the money?" He pushed the conversation.

"Cause I need money to be able to live in this world." You pointed out the obvious.

He gave up on the conversation. Seeing how it was a lost cause. And soon after you guys arrived to the Marine's office.

Thankfully they still accepted the body and gave you the bounty. They treated Ace like any other bounty hunter and didn't question anything. You gave him his money and were about to leave.

That was until Ace called out to you, "I hope to you around some more!"

You turned around and flipped him off. Hoping that was the last you would see of him. Coco kept calling him a loser until he was out of sight.

"She totally loves me." He confidently gaslight himself.
