(Mr. Mac Henson pov ) Emma if you have proof that he was the one who stole money from your company and framed you for it we might be able to win the case.

(Emma pov ) smiled and told him to serve Jay with the papers then she hung up the phone
Mathew did just that, Jay was sent the papers by the falling Friday morning

The court case began as they sat down
( The judge ) You first ma'am, you may list what you are suing him for
( POV Emma )Ok , Your honor, I will be suing my ex due to the fact he framing me for stealing over 2.8 million dollars from my own business and then for the emotional trauma of kicking me out of my own business and cheating on me with my sister and for not paying his half of the rent on our shared flat and for the emotional trauma of him constantly calling me and threatening me for unknown numbers I'm asking for him to also pay for the damage done to the flat as well and all that is up to 8.9 million dollars

Later that day Emma left the courthouse pleased with her outcome and Jay followed her out of the courthouse yelling and threatening her to make her pay

-Two weeks later - Emma met up with Matthew and they had dinner as a celebration of her winning the case, and Emma thanked Matthew for being there for her and being her great friend and she was happy to have met him
