"Jungkookie, you are having a high fever. Please take the medicines. Look even Taegukkie is taking her medicines.", Taehyung pleads, as he sits closer to where Jungkook is lying, his face buried under the blanket.

" Appa, stop acting like a baby.", Taegukk huffs, her hands naturally coming to rest on her hips.

"I am the father of a three year old baby. So, please for God's sake stop calling me a baby.", Jungkook huffs, reciprocating his daughter's expressions.

Sometimes, Taehyung wonders how Taegukk picked up their habits and expressions over the years.

If not for people knowing that Jungkook and Taehyung are married,  they surely would consider Taegukk to be either Taehyung's or Jungkook's daughter from how similar she behaves.

She is an exact carbon copy of Jungkook. Jungkook is mostly working on music from the studio built inside their home and so he spends a lot of time with their daughter as compared to Taehyung.
Which has led to Taegukk copying each and every habit of his.

The way she sits, her eating habits, her expressions, they all are similar to Jungkook.

Not that Taehyung is complaining. He is glad that she has somehow inherited their habits which help them blend together really well as a family.

They had adopted Taegukk when she was barely two months old, and to say the least, she has made a home in their heart. Taegukk is the best gift Taehyung has ever received from Jungkook.

He was the one who had first seen Taegukk sleeping in the furthest crib, away from all the other babies and the moment he saw her, Jungkook knew that she was going to have them wrapped around her little fingers.

If Taehyung quotes it in Jungkook's words than it would be like,

'Tae, I used to think that you'll remain my last love but now when I think of it, I am sorry but Taegukk has occupied your position in my heart. So unfortunately, your position is shifted to second.'

Well, if it would have been some other person taking his position than he would have beaten Jungkook by now but since it's their own daughter, he couldn't do anything. Rather he was happy to see the two people he love the most be so caring and in love with each other.

Taehyung was brought out of his thoughts when the loud voice of his daughter pierced through his ears.

"But you are the one acting like a baby. You are acting as if we are giving you an injection.", Taegukk utters as she looks at her stubborn father with her doe eyes.

Taehyung sighs. Jungkook has always had a not so pleasant relationship with medicines.

"Taegukk, stop acting like your papa. I am not going to take the medicines and that's final.", Jungkook turns around, eyes zoning at the father-daughter duo that is glaring at him.

He groans. If not for the love he has for them in his heart, then he doesn't know what he would do.

"Taegukkie, can you imagine the fact that your appa is a famous idol and everyone praises him for being an allrounder? Now imagine what would happen when his fans come to know that their favorite idol is afraid of medicines", Taehyung utters, earning an eye roll from Jungkook and giggling from their daughter.

" I know, papa. How will I scare the bad boys in my school that my appa will beat you if they harm me? ", Taegukk pouts.

"Excuse me?? I can very much beat them with my one hand.", Jungkook glares, offended.

"How are you going to beat them when you'll be lying on this bed until you become fit? You aren't even taking medicines.", Taegukk throws her hands in the air, her brows frowning, irritated by her appa's stubborn behavior.

"I am fit and fine. You both might need some medicines. Look at you two. You have become so thin. ", Jungkook exclaims. He hopes that he would become successful in changing the topic. Because, his husband and their daughters can be scary and he might have to sleep on the couch of their living room.

That's the worst punishment one could ever recieve. No way in hell does Jungkook wants to experience it.

Taehyung looks at Taegukk, both of them communicating through their eyes. Jungkook ain't dumb. He is very well aware of their antics. He squints his eyes as he watches the father-daughter duo whisper something in each other's ears.

"What are you two planning?? Please leave me alone. I don't want to have those medicines. They taste awful.", Jungkook groans when both Taehyung and Taegukk ignore him.

" Okay. So if you aren't taking the medicines then even I won't.", Taegukk says with finality in her words.

"God, why do I even love these two? "

Jungkook looks at them, his doe eyes sparkling as he makes the best puppy face he has ever made. But his husband and daughter are as stubborn as he is.

Jungkook finds the urge to bang his head on the wall when he finds the duo ignoring his puppy eyes as they stare at him with their hands wrapped around their chest.

He knows that he has no other option but to have the medicines. He blames the cold beer for his illness.

He huffs before snatching the medicines from Taehyung's hands before gulping them down his throat. The urge to puke is strong in his mind but he somehow manages to have them without puking.

If not for the love he has for the two of them then he wouldn't have listened to them. Jeon Jungkook only bows for two humans. His husband and his daughter. His only weaknesses and strength as well.

They were the ones who taught him what love is and moreover they were the ones who showed him how much he is worth loving.

The smile that appears on both their faces makes Jungkook's heart warm. This is what he lives for.

"Thank you, appa. I love you. ", Taegukk leans forward before placing a kiss on his cheeks.

" I love you too, blackmailer.", , Jungkook hugs them both as they finally sleep in peace without Jungkook groaning in pain.

From now on the chapters won't be in a continuous timeline as in, yesterday's update was them after two years of their marriage. Today's chpt is after three years of their marriage. So there isn't any continuity. The next chapter might be after six months of their marriage. I hope you all are understanding what I am trying to say😅
