A/N: Most of this chapter is a bit rushed since as Im writing this I have a school presentation soon but this fic is more important
Adam and Lute slowy woke up. They looked around and to their surprise, they were no longer infront of the heaven embassy. They were in some sort of meeting/office room. Infront of them stood 3 imps and a hell hound
"Good. You guys are awak-" The talles one tried to say but Adam cut him off
"WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU PEOPLE AND WHERE THE FUCK ARE WE!?"
"CAN YOU PLEASE SHUT THE FUCK UP" The imp yelled back
"Okay, good. Im Blitzø. These are Millie, Moxxie and Luna. We, are the IMP.s. We kill people for money"
"Okay, introductions are cool and all but why the fuck are we here" Adam intrupped
"Right. We were walking back from a meeting with one of our clients and Moxxie saw you lying infront the heaven embassy. I told him to just keep walking but he was all like 'Oh no! We have to help them!' so here you are, at the IMP. head quarters"
" Hey! I don't sound like that!" Moxxie protested
"Yes you do. Also since you guys are okay, you can leave now"
"Yeahhh, about that..." Adam was about to say but Lute said it for him
"We're homeless"
"So basically you both are asking us if you can stay here? Not a chance" Replied Luna
"Pleaseee?" Moxxie and Adam begged while making puppy dog eyes while Lute stood behind them, making a 'You've got to be kidding me' face
"Fine. But you two have to help us kill people and shit too okay?"
"FUCK YES!"
"By the way, I- uh, never got y'all's names" Millie finally said after a long time of awkwardly watching them from the corner
shit.
"Right! Our names! I'm Ad- Adrian! Fuck! I mean, Adrian! Yes!" Adam managed to spat the words out, grinning awkwardly afterwards
"Lake" Lute answered after him
"Well then, welcome to the team, Adrian and Lake!" Millie said happily
"Thatks like, the cheesiest shit I've ever heard" Blitzø said. Adam gave him a slow nod in agreement

They chatted for a while but they eventually got bored. The IMP.s (mostly Blitzø) decided to watch tv while Adam and Lute were (awkwardly) chatting
"So uhm, why did you choose 'Lake' as your cover name? That shit's lame as fuck"
"I dont really know myself, sir" Lute answered
"Stop it with this whole formal bullshit, just call me by my name"
In the other side of the room, as Blitzø was watching tv Moxxie decided to spoke up
"Hey uh, Blitzø? Dont you think those guys are a bit suspicious? I mean Adrian literally stuttered multiple times saying his name!"
"Sinners change their names when they came to hell all the time, You're just paranoid Moxxie. Besides, aren't you the one who said we should keep them?"
"Sorry Mox, I agree with Blitzø here. I think you just need to relax a bit. If they try anything suspicious we'll just beat them up and throw 'em out" Millie said while giving her husband a comforting smile as she turns to watch the tv
Moxxie wanted to relax, he really does, he just cant shake the feeling that "Adrian" and "Lake" hiding something
A/N: I wanted to finish this chapter faster but I have 2 different school projects I needed to do first. Also I just relized the conversations in this fic are so unnatural it makes that one anime looks good
(Also 2: I may or may not have stole the name 'Lake' from a certain show/series that I watched a 1 hour spolier about)
