If you want to get more Nitro, battle your Opponents and take them down and earn Takedowns. Takedowns are required to unlock hidden cars.

What is Infinity Power you ask? Infinity Power is a special ability all Characters have, on the right side of the screen, there's a red bar which is the Infinity Power Bar. You fill it up by taking down other Opponents, if you get hit by Opponents, it'll go down, but crash it'll go down more. To activate it, press B. When active, your car will boost up to 320 MPH and hitting other racers or if they hit you, then you'll instantly take them out, performing an Infinity Power Takedown!. But here's something you should keep in mind, if you crash while the Infinity Power is active, it'll deactivate once you respawn back on the track.
