Blame Game 💔

We, soulmates intertwined in tether,
Embrace the bond of "together."
Moments of joy, moments of dismay,
Blessed, broken along the way.

Blamed by others, unexpected blame,
Yet from you, it cuts, a different flame.
Things seem alright, then take a turn,
Worse than before, we start to discern.

We engage, we strive, yet you remain blind,
To our struggles, our hearts, entwined.
Love persists, though your mind's gone astray,
Words unintended, we try to convey.

No desire to wound, no intent to harm,
Yet misunderstandings create alarm.
Alone we stand, amidst the crowd,
Unheard, unseen, our voices shroud.

Attached deeply, you choose to deny,
A better option, you claim to rely.
But tears won't mend what's torn apart,
In brokenness, we find no start.

No blame to assign, no game to play,
Yet the present pales against yesterday.
Once okay, now plunged in despair,
Worse than ever, life seems unfair.
