Description: LAST PETAL - User makes flowers with red and black petals. Similar to the game 'He loves me, he loves me not' user will pluck the petals. If the last petal the user plucks is a black petal the person they were thinking of while doing this will turn to dust. If it lands on a red petal the person would be safe.
If user uses the quirk and it lands on a red petal the user will not be able to user their quirk on the same person again.
