Y/n's pov
I woke up and saw Nine was up and working again,it makes me wonder how much sleep he really gets but I decided to just make the bed he gave me then went to his which is next to mine when he came up to me

Nine:morning y/n (hands him a plate) hungry

Y/n:um yeah a little,thanks

Nine:you ok,why are you nervous (again why do care so much for him what is this)

Y/n's thoughts:what is this feeling I have,what's going on with me

Nines pov
After me and y/n ate in silence (he/ she) went for a walk and I tried to work at my desk but couldn't stop thinking about (him/her) so I went out to find y/n but instead I found y/n with Sonic and they were talking about Tails
Y/n's pov
After eating I went for a walk and after a few minutes of walking later I saw a strange portal thing opened and closed quickly and then I saw Sonic in front of me and we went to me and Nines favorite place and we sat at a table outside the restaurant and started talking about my counterpart and tails when nine came over

Y/n:so you just know when that feeling is there,oh hey Nine thought you were working

Nine:I was but it felt nice having you help me so I came to um apologize for making you nervous this morning um I'll see you back at home

I looked down when sonic nudged me

Sonic:go for it if the you I know can do it then so can you,go get him,I'll see you guys later

Woosh

I blinked a couple times not being used to sonic and his speed ability but then I ran after Nine
And he turned around in time to see me trip and fall as he came and helped me up

Nine:well here I thought you were with Sonic

Y/n:um I was and the reason I was out was I (sighs)forget it let's just work on one of your projects

Nines pov
What the,ugh what is with (him/her) and with me I can't stop thinking about (him/her) well I guess I could suggest something fun for us to do hmm

Nine:hey do you um want to um see a movie or something,just as friends of course

Y/n:of course heh umm yeah ok

Later that night after we got out of the theater I started to get hungry and offered to see if (he/she)was too

Y/n:that movie was so good thanks Nine

I nodded my head "so want to grab a bite before we head back"

He/she nodded and we grabbed a sandwich or two then headed home for the night

Nine and y/n's thoughts: what is this feeling I have for y/n/Nine

Y/n's pov
3:30am
Y/n:agh(heavy breathing)

Nine:huh hey you alright y/n

Y/n:sorry just a bad dream

Nine:look you know I don't care much for others but I do care about you

Y/n:I know that nine,it's why we're best friends

Nine nodded and pat my head then went to bed

Y/n's thoughts: weird why did he pat my head,but it felt good hmm I'll ask him about it
