This will explain all enchanting stones, what they do, what they can be put on, and how they can be gotten. It will also explain the upgraded versions of stones and their recipes to craft. If you don't know, enchanting stones are from the tundra.
All enchanting stones are applied in an anvil, and their bonuses can stack with other types of stones.
For stones applied to yourself, you have to use an enchanting altar to apply them.

Strength stone: Applied to yourself
Strength crystals and geodes, when consumed, give 5% more strength gain than normal.
Tablet: 10% and costs 20 strength crystals.
Book: 15% and costs 5 paper, a book, and a strength geode.
Slab: 20% and costs 45 stone rubble and 10 strength geodes.
Pearl: 45% and costs a pearl and 15 strength stones.

Health stone: Applied to yourself
Health crystals and geodes, when consumed, give 8% more health gain than normal.
Tablet: 14% and costs 20 health crystals.
Book: 20% and costs 5 paper, a book, and a health geode.
Slab: 30% and costs 45 stone rubble and 10 health geodes.
Pearl: 50% and costs a pearl and 15 health stones.

Speed stone: Applied to yourself
Speed crystals and geodes, when consumed, give 5% more speed gain than normal
Tablet: 10% and costs 20 speed crystals.
Book: 15% and costs 5 paper, a book, and a speed geode.
Slab: 20% and costs 45 stone rubble and 10 speed geodes.
Pearl: 45% and costs a pearl and 15 speed stones.

Troop stone: Applied to yourself
Troops are 5% cheaper.
Tablet: 10% and costs 50 grem gummies and 10 troop crystals.
Book: 15% and costs 75 crystal grem gummies and 50 troop crystals.
Slab: 20% and costs 150 acidic grem gummies and 500 troop crystals.
Pearl: 30% and costs a pearl, 1000 troop crystals, and 15 troop stones.

Sword stone: Applied to swords
Swords do ×1.1 more damage than they say.
Tablet: ×1.2 and costs 5 strength crystals.
Book: ×1.3 and costs 30 strength crystals.
Slab: ×1.5 and costs 200 strength crystals.
Pearl: ×1.8 and costs a pearl and 15 sword stones.

Bow stone: Applied to bows
Bows do ×1.1 more damage than they say.
Tablet: ×1.2 and costs 5 strength crystals.
Book: ×1.3 and costs 30 strength crystals.
Slab: ×1.5 and costs 200 strength crystals.
Pearl: ×1.8 and costs a pearl and 15 bow stones.

Quiver stone: Applied to quivers
Special arrows have a 20% chance not to be consumed on firing.
Tablet: 30% and costs 80 leaves
Book: 40% and costs 20 grem gummies.
Slab: 50% and costs 100000 box bux.
Pearl: 60% and costs an pearl and 15 quiver stones.

Staff stone: Applied to staffs
Staffs do ×1.1 more damage than they say.
Tablet: ×1.2 and costs 5 strength crystals.
Book: ×1.3 and costs 30 strength crystals.
Slab: ×1.5 and costs 200 strength crystals.
Pearl: ×1.8 and costs a pearl and 15 staff stones.

Sickle stone: Applied to Sickles and book version can be applied to swords
Can hit one extra enemy every swing.
Slab: 2 extra enemies and costs 5 sandstone crystals.
Book: 3 extra enemies and costs 20 sandstone crystals.
Slab: 5 extra enemies and costs 10 sandstone geodes.
Pearl: 8 extra enemies and costs 1 pearl and 15 sickle stones.

Helmet stone: Applied to helmets
Helmets give ×1.1 more health than it says.
Tablet: ×1.2 health and costs 20 iron bars
Book: ×1.3 health and costs 20 palledium bars
Slab: ×1.5 health and costs 20 rubys
Pearl: ×1.7 health and costs 1 pearl and 15 helmet stones.

Chestplate stone: Applied to chestplates
Chestplates give ×1.1 more health than it says.
Tablet: ×1.2 health and costs 50 iron bars.
Book: ×1.3 health and costs 50 palledium bars.
Slab: ×1.5 health and costs 50 rubys.
Pearl: ×1.7 health and costs 1 pearl and 15 chestplate stones.

Leggings stone: Applied to leggings
Leggings give ×1.1 more health than it says.
