Chapter 19

Chris's POV

It's been 3 days since Markus's funeral I haven't ate,slept,talked or anything else, usually Nash would come in and carry me to my room , but I would just walk back down into the same position on the sofa, Cameron had been trying to get me to speak to but I just couldn't get the words to come out "hey Chris" said Nash as the guys,dylan,cj and mahogany came behind him , I lifted my head up to them then put it back in the same position "come on Chris" said Nash as he sat beside me and brushed my hair behind my ear "this isn't going to work" said my mum from the doorway who was beside dad "I've had enough" said my dad as he walked over to me and shook my shoulders "CHRIS,YOU LISTEN TO ME SNAP OUT OF IT" my dad yelled as Cameron and Nash pulled him of my shoulders "I'm going for a drive" I mumbled as I got up and grabbed the keys "do you want me to come" asked Nash who was standing beside me "no thanks" I said as I opened the door, I heard him sigh and walk away "Nash" I yelled as his head popped around the doorway "yeah" he asked, I tucked in a strand of hair and looked at him "I love you" I said as his face lit up into a smile "I love you too" he said as he ran up and hugged me " I'll be back later" I said as I ran out to my car and drove out of the driveway

(An hour later)

When I came to a stop I looked up at the sighn which read graveyard, I walked around until I came upon Markuss grave, this has been my first time here since the funeral, I started down at the stone which had his name engraved on it,

"Hey Markuss, this is my first time being here since your funeral and I just wanted to come and pay my respects" I said as I wiped away a tear "I remember the first time I met you, We were four and we were partnered up for painting a picture,but I had a better idea , I grabbed your hand and pulled you outside to a tree and we started painting it until two more boys came cj and Dylan we all carried on painting until we got yelled at and I took the blame but you wouldn't let me take all of it so you said it was your fault then Chloe said it was his fault too then Dylan said it too,whivh led us to being stuck inside for playtime for not doing what we were told, we all chatted for hours until are parents came and before I left to go to my parents you grabbed my arm and the boys and led us to the tree which was multitude coloured and you made us write our names then you wrote best friend forever and until this very day it's still there" I said as I wiped away my tears "I miss you so much" I cried as I covered my face with my hands and slumped to the ground on my knees.

Nashs POV

I drove down to the graveyard thinking that Chris would be there and I was right I found her kneeling in front of Markuss grave crying, I ran over to her and engulfed her into a hug "n.a.sh...it..s..no.t..f.ai..r" she said inbetween sobs "I know,i know" I said as I kissed her head and held her tight ".i..m.i..ss..h..i.m" she said with more sobs "shhhhh" I whispered as I spoke soothing words in her ear as she cried.

After awhile she stopped crying and her breathing got heavier, I looked down to see that she was sleeping , I lifted her bridal style and put her in my car and called Carter and Taylor to come and pick up Chris's car, when I got her back home she was still asleep her face was all read and you could see the stains from her dried up tears on her face, I lifted her out of the car and carried her inside I walked I tot he living room to see everyone except Chris's parents here , "poor Chris" said mahogany as she shook her head and latex her head on Dylan who wrapped an arm around her in a brother and sister sort of way " I was thinking we could do something with her tommorow " said Cameron as everyone nodded "you know what, Cameron you and Chris haven't had a brother and sister day and since you both missed out on so much how about you and her go out to the park or something I suggested as everyone nodded they're heads in agreement "yeah thanks guys" Cameron said with a soft smile as he looked back down at his baby sister "I'll leave her up stairs" I said as I carried her up the stairs and walked into a room that had Chris in big letters on the door,when I walked in her room was black and blue it's was a typical teenagers room, I thought as I payed her on the bed, I was about to leave when she grabbed my arm "Nash will you (yawn) stay" she asked tiredly, I nodded my head and took of my shirt and climbed in beside her, she scooted closer to me and Layed her head on my chest and wrapped her arms around me , I did the same to her and let my eyes droop "love you Chris" I said as I let me eyes close, I heard her mumble I love you back as I finally let the darkness consume me.
