Amo 3:3 Do two walk together unless they have agreed to do so?

the Bible say, how can two walk together unless they agree to each other
Agreement in what, for example male and female they can agree in marriage, employer and employee they can agree also in payment. now this is my point for today we need to agree with God, to agree in prayer.
The Bible say
Mat 7:7 "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.
The agreement is that I pray to God and God answer me
