Jayson's POV
I just stared at Cleo as she told me the whole story
She looked so damn good that I couldn't focus on the words coming out her mouth
I've been goin at her pace for a while now and honestly I'm starting to get antsy
"You're staring at me like you wanna eat me or something" she said as she put her cup down
"I do"
Her eyes went wide then went to the bulge in my sweatpants
"You expecting company today?" She asked
"No, Today is my off day" I said as I shook my head
I watched as she took her shirt off and threw it on the floor then walked over to me
It was like my mind started racing 200 miles per hour
I watched as she grabbed my hand and lead me upstairs
"Tell me where you want me" she said softly
I just stared at her.
Her body was perfect
"Times up, we're doin things my way" she smirked
With her hands on my chest she pushed me onto the bed and climbed on top of me
Had I known all I had to do was be straight forward I would've done this months ago
|Fynland's POV|
"Wanna tell me what that was about?" I asked as I sat next to Justin on the livingroom sofa
"Oh uh we had a deal back in high school" he said nonchalantly as he scrolled through Netflix
"About?"
"You" he said simply
"Me?"
"Yeah" he said plainly
"Is it like a secret or something?" I asked getting slightly annoyed
"No. There's really nothing to tell" he chuckled
I sighed
"I lied to her about my relationship with you and she didn't believe me so we made an agreement that I'd give her $50 for every month I lied" he explained
"Oh" was all I said
"What's she up to these days?" He asked
"She's doing well actually! In my mind she unofficially moved to Boston" I smiled
I was proud of my girl!
No matter the shit she's delt with she always seemed to come out on top and I really looked up to her for that.
"Is that where her and ol' boy moved?"
"Who?" I asked
"The dude she married, I heard your parents talking about her sometime last year saying that she was getting married" he stated
"Oh no she's with somebody new"
It was clear that he was fishing for information since he seen her with Jayson earlier on FaceTime
"Never thought of her as a divorcee" he chuckled
"She isn't. The engagement was called off"
Why are we even talking about her for this long?
"Didn't you used to have a thing for her?" I asked
"No. I had a thing for her sister...They look alike I guess" he chuckled
"I heard about a supposed sister but it was never confirmed"
"Never confirmed? Yes it was. Their dad was the talk of the whole school for like half the year" he said as he turned to me
"What are you talking about?"
"There was a school dance for parents and students. They guys brought their mothers and the girls brought their fathers..I remember seeing Cleo and her father there and walking up to her but I quickly found out that she wasn't Cleo...."
I just sat and listened
"Apparently she was a whole different person! Her name was Gracie or was her name just Grace? I don't remember the girls name but I remembered Cleo's dad being there with the girl" he finished
"Does Cleo know?" I asked
"I thought she did since she used to hang out with the chick"
"Keith told me something about them hanging out all together but that was before him and Cleo fell out"
"It was like a big mind fuck because you'd see the girls separately and think nothing of it but once you've seen them together it's like everything fell together. You could tell they were related in some way"
"What happened after the dance?" I asked
"People started questioning her and all she did was deny everything. Her excuse was that the timeline didn't add up because her and the other girl were the same age...she also claimed it couldn't of been her dad that everyone saw because he wasn't even in the state which is why she didn't go to the dance in the first place"
I was invested at this point
"And?"
"It was all anybody talked about for months. I think the girls were gonna look into it but before they could Grace moved away..at least that's what I used to hear around the school" he shrugged
"I've never seen her but Keith would always talk about her"
"I see her from time to time. She works for Aaliyah's modeling agency..haven't spoken to her though"
"Me and Cleo tell each other everything..at least I thought we did. Do you think you could get her contact information after I ask Cleo if she's willing to talk to her?" I asked
"I could but first I'd have to figure out if she wants to talk to Cleo" he nodded
"I think finally knowing the answer would really do Cleo some good"
"And if Cleo doesn't want to talk to her?" He asked
"Then I'll never speak of the situation again"
"You talk to Cleo, I'll call my sister" Justin said as he threw his hands up in surrender
We both nodded then got to work
Cleo spends all her time helping me so hopefully if both girls agree then this could help her get some closure
AN: sorry this chapter is so short!
