Dear Diary,

My last entry mentioned how Lillith had found me when I was just a baby; today marks the anniversary of the day I met my witch. It was a moment that changed my life forever, and I remember it vividly.

It was my very first Halloween; I am a black cat, and many people believe we are bad luck; this is amplified around Halloween. A group of young boys caught sight of me after a breeder dumped me; they decided that I was a bad sign for them and began throwing rocks and sticks in my direction. I barely escaped unharmed and was searching in the forest for safety and shelter when I stumbled upon a clearing. My witch, surrounded by a circle of mushrooms, stood at the center of the clearing. Her eyes were closed, and she was chanting softly to herself.

As I stood there, injured and terrified, I watched in fascination as this beautiful woman moved gracefully in front of me. Her energy and fluid movements were mesmerizing, and I couldn't help but stare in awe. However, my moment of wonder was cut short when she suddenly opened her eyes and looked straight at me. I felt my heart skip a beat, unsure what to do next.

Should I run away or stay? My body was already aching from the events that had just unfolded, and I didn't know if I could handle any more danger. But then, a sudden warmth spread through me as she flashed me the most beautiful smile I had ever seen. It was as if her smile had the power to soothe my pain and make everything alright. I knew in my heart that I could trust her. She approached me slowly, speaking a language I couldn't understand. But there was something in her voice that made me feel safe.

She offered me food and shelter without hesitation, and I gratefully accepted. As I followed her, I couldn't help but feel a sense of relief wash over me. I knew I was in good hands and everything would be okay.

Over time, my witch and I grew closer. She taught me about the magical world and the role of familiars in helping witches. I learned how to assist her with her spells and potions and discovered my magical abilities.

Only a couple of years later, my witch and I are inseparable. We've faced many challenges and adventures together but always had each other's backs. We've explored the magical world with joy and wonder, discovering new spells, potions, and enchanted creatures. Lillith and I are a tiny and simple family, but we have each other; that's perfect for me.
