Hi everyone, i finished this story years ago and haven't been in the fandom for a while but i still wanted to address the recent information that has come to light about Wilbur.
Hearing about the abuse Shelby suffered in the hands of Wilbur deeply shook me. What she went through was horrific and something nobody should ever have to go through.
What Shelby experienced was domestic violence. Will Gold is an abuser.
I am not sure what I will do with this book, I hate that it's about Wilbur, but the story is extremely dear to me, as it was my first ever completed book. My friend suggested I rewrite it so it's not a fan fiction, and erase any connections to Wilbur, which is something I'm actually considering.
