The winged tvman is a normal tvman with green wings and other bird features like claws and he normally eats his victims because of well bird he also has the same upgrades as regular tvmen but has all the screens like (orange, purple, red, white).

I look through ruble to look for the pov cameraman to get the recordings when I find a tvman that wasn't supposed to die he was supposed to be special SPECIAL like dark speakerman or plungerman no this can't be the end for him I WILL MAKE HIM SPECIAL as I take him back to my bases tell my workers to fix and upgrade him and make him special and also to wipe his memorys I would do it myself but I have more important stuff to attend to.

My boss gave me and my friends a task to upgrade this tvman and wipe his memorys and then take him out of the base after doing It he looks more like a bird we made it so he can fly with his wings but also attack with them made him smarter than usual made him be able to learn from his mistakes and adapt and a bunch more this was a big project as we put him outside the base he powers up and flys away.
