To be honest I really don't know how to feel about what Nkosiyabo just told me. I mean I do like him i think, hebanna you think. Yene he does seem like a good person plus o motle.
Me asking if he is hungry was just me avoiding the conversation nje, gore why lena akitsibi.
So after the conversation Nkosi and I decided to head downstairs cause I was hella hungry well him too even though he just didn't want to admit it.
After making breakfast I call him to the table. We eat whilst having light conversations there and there.
Nkosi: "can I ask you something?"
Me: " yah sure"
Nkosi: "why did you agree to the whole arranged marriage thing?"
I instantly choked on my drink. I really wasn't expecting him to ask me that but keh I intend on answering honestly.
Me: "tbh I was just doing it to put Koko's heart at ease and I wanted to fulfil and respect her last wish"
Nkosi: "so you're doing all of this for her?"
Me: "in a way, yes" "so speaking of marriage I have something to ask"
Nkosi: "I'm listening"
Me: "firstly why do you say you love me?"
Nkosi: "I don't wanna lie and say I know because truthfully I don't. There's just something different about you, you don't need people to tell you how beautiful or how kind you are because you already know all that. Whenever I'm around you I feel free like there's no need for me to pretend, you just have this huge effect on me."
Me: "I hear you. Let's say I give you a chance how will I know that you won't mess up?"
Nkosi: "does that mean that you're giving me a chance?"
Me: "I don't recall saying that mina"
Nkosi: "you can continue I'm listening."
Me: "what will happen if this doesn't work out"
Nkosi: "we haven't even started already usu shaya ama what if what if"
Me: "Phela ke batla go yetsi gore whats gonna happen hape as Motho you have to leave room for disappointment you know"
Nkosi: "we'll cross that bridge when we get to it sthandwa Sam"
Me: "ema woah sthandwa sago fast so"
He laughs showing of his cute dimple
