I woke up next to Fitz, he was still asleep although his arms were still around me. I turned to face him and moved his hair out of his eyes and forehead. He turned a bit from the movement, his eyes slowly started to open and I just remembered that we had a brunch date in a couple hours.

"Good morning." He smiled.

"Good morning. Can I sleep in for another hour? I'm so tired." His hand trailed down the side of my upper body, closing his eyes again.

"Don't we have a brunch date today?" Fitz's eyes shot open and he sat up.

"Damn I forgot. I still need to make a reservation, I'll be right back." He grabbed his phone looking like he was about to make a phone call before he left the room. I laughed at my boyfriend, closing my eyes as I laid in the comfortable bed.

I heard Fitz start talking to someone for a while and then it was silent before he walked back into the room.

"I got us reservations. Sorry I had forgotten. I was so busy yesterday and so tired when we came back from my parents."

"It's okay, as long as we get to be together later." He kissed my temple and then headed into the bathroom. I went into the other bathroom grabbing a towel in with me. I took a nice warm shower and then realized that I left my clothes in his room, and the door was closed. I started to brush my hair to pass time and once I was finished I was so thankful to hear the door open and close. Then I heard a knock on the door.

"Sophie? Is there something wrong? Do you need something?"

"I needed to grab my clothes but you were inside." I answered.

"Oh, I'll be in the living room if you want to go in and change."

"Thank you." He didn't say anything and I waited a bit before I left the bathroom and went inside his room, going inside his bedroom. I changed into a small dress because we were going out and brushed my hair, and there were still knots. I dried my hair and decided to let it down today. I grabbed a small bag and went outside and found Fitz on his phone.

"You look ravishing." Fitz said, putting his phone down, walking over to me twirling me around. He placed a kiss on my lips and I happily kissed him back.

He looked very attractive in his white button up and black pants, he always looks very good in a suit.

We broke apart and he sneaked another kiss before he went to start putting on his shoes.

"Are you ready?" I nodded and went to put on a pair of shoes. We said a quick bye to Lilia and left the apartment.

Soon enough we entered his car and buckled up.

"So where are we going?" I asked.

"That's a surprise for you." I groan. He knows I hate waiting and have no patience whatsoever. He laughed.

"It's not that far a drive. We'll be there in 10 minutes." And 10 minutes flew by. He found a parking space and went inside the restaurant. It looked nice, it was kind of ihop style without the smell of oil in the air. Although the whole place was empty. A waitress came up to us, grabbing two menus.

"Hello! I'll be serving you two today, if you'll please follow me to your table." We followed her and once we took a seat she gave us our menus.

"I'll come back for drinks in a bit." She left us in the empty restaurant, it was only me and Fitz.

"Fitz why is this place empty?" His cheeks turned red as he ran a hand through his hair.

"I may have reserved the whole restaurant. I wanted us to be alone." He looked down sheepishly, pretending to be looking at the menu. I giggle at him, grabbing his hand.

"That's very sweet, thank you." He gave my hand a tight squeeze. Once she came back we asked for drinks and our meals and she went again to get started, taking our menus with her.

We started to talk about several things and even played a few games before our food was served. We took small bites from each other's plates and we soon finished our breakfast.

Once our plates were collected we waited for the check until we were interrupted by a lot of flashing lights from outside and loud muffled voices.

Not again.

I heard Fitz curse under his breath and diverted his head to look the other way. I followed him and groaned.

The waitress soon came back with our check which Fitz had quickly paid for and we headed out the restaurant, the paparazzi even following us to the car.

We were surrounded by the paparazzi but Fitz didn't hold back. He quickly drove his way out of there, leaving the bundle of photographs in the parking lot.

"God damn. I'm so sorry Sophie. I really didn't want to end off our date with that."

"It's okay." He shook his head.

"No it's not. I don't want them following us wherever we go all the time."

"Me neither." He grabbed my hand, leaning over his seat to kiss me. I gladly kissed him back, reaching a hand to his cheek. We heard a honk behind us, causing us to break apart.

Fitz drove home, and we collapsed on his bed sighing.

He turned to me, so he was on his side and I followed suit. He scooched a bit closer to me, our chests almost touching.

"I love you." He said, placing a hand on my waist.

"I love you too." He leaned over for a kiss which I gave. He brought me closer to him, our chests now touching and my hand went to his hair, running through it.

We finally broke apart panting for air and after a breath, Fitz broke the distance between us again.

We continued to kiss like a couple of hungry teenagers until we broke apart. Our loud panting filled the room, our arms were still around each other. Fitz placed a kiss on my forehead, and I brought him in a small hug, his head resting on top of mine.

For the rest of the day, we stayed in each other's arms, a word not said but our actions, our eyes, and hands said enough.
