Chapter 29

After the kids got inside Luke ordered pizza for the kids since me and Luke already ate

Me and Luke were on the couch with my head resting on his shoulder and the kids sitting next to us

He kissed the top of my head "tired?" He asked softly as I nodded

Without a question he scooped me up into his arms "come on kids, turn off all the lights and the tv then get in bed" Luke told the kids as he carried me to our bed

He laid me down and said "I'll put them to bed" he said as he kissed my forehead and walked out of the room,

Hour later

He came back and I was dead asleep, he crawled into bed trying to make sure he doesn't wake me up and pulled me a little closer to him

Next day

I woke up but something was off. I didn't know what it was so I got out of bed while Luke was still sleeping

I looked at the time and it was 4am. I thought about what Devyn said about the phone so I grabbed Luke's phone and took it to the bathroom with me. I tried to type in his password as I didn't work.

I tried again but my birthday didn't work. I snuck to the bed and used the Face ID being very careful as he moved in his sleep what made my heart drop but he was still sleeping as I went back to the bathroom. I went through his messages but there was nothing, I clicked recently deleted messages and saw them..

Sharon.

I clicked on the messages to she her flirting with him but he kept shutting her down

Sharon: come on handsome she doesn't have to know

Luke: she's gonna be the mother of my kids so yes she will

Sharon: are you gonna tell her
Read.

I was kinda glad but not. I scrolled up and saw nothing, tell me what that she's flirting with him or something else?

I walked out of the bathroom and put it back and crawled back into bed

I couldn't sleep because my mind was racing, he cheated before who said that would've been his last time

Morning

I got up and went down stairs to see Luke with the kids at the table eating

I smiled a bit then sat in the living room thinking about last night now

"Are you hungry, baby?" I heard Luke say

"Not really, hon" I said back as spot and shadow jumped on the couch as I pet them both as I texted Devyn telling her we need to hang out today and Luke can watch the kids

She replied almost immediately as she agreed

"I'm gonna hang out with Devyn today" I said as I went up stairs

I put on a simple long sleeve with jeans as I went back down stairs and kissed Dominic and Emily's forehead and gave Luke a kiss as I left

I met Devyn at a cafe as we sat down

"Girl so I checked and this girl been flirting with him and I don't know-"

"Is she blonde?"

"Shit I don't know" I looked at her

"Does Luke go to the bar often?"

I thought for a moment

"Sometimes with his friends"

"There this blonde worker and last time I went he was talking to her"

I groaned "not again"

"Yes again"

"Next time he says he's going out with friends text me and me and you will go to the bar and 'accidentally bump into him'

I looked at her and nodded

"Fine I trust you"

"Good"

Me and her talked for a bit longer

Few days later

"Hey babe I'm going out with friends tonight" Luke gave me a quick kiss

"Ok have fun baby" I smiled as I watched him leave and I called Devyn over

She came over pretty fast "let's do this" she smiled and had a outfit for me and everything

I was wearing a black skirt with a light blue Long sleeve as we straighten my hair and everything

I put the dogs outside so they don't pee in the house as me and her left

We got to the bar as it was pretty filled with people so me and her bought our selfs a drink "you know maybe we're delusional and he's with his friends" I told her

"Maybe he's not and he's here with some slut" she answered back taking a big sip out of her drink

"Maybe your right"

"I'm always right" she mock me

"Hey! I don't say it that much" I smiled

"It's like your catch phrase" she giggled as we talked and there he was

Luke glanton with a short haired girl Barbie doll.."

"Shit your right.." I said as I was hurt

"Let's keep watching"

We watched as I was kinda hurt as he was getting  closer with her and laughing with her as he put his arm around her as I looked at Devyn

"Go do something" she told me

As I got up and went over but then someone named Avery cross I heard as it was his wife with Luke and my soon-to-be husband with his wife

I still walked over

"Who are you?" He said kinda snarky

"Tanisha I'm Luke's fiancé who are you?" I asked in the same tone

"I'm Jenifer's husband Avery cross"

I looked back at Luke as he had a regretful face "wannna explain yourself o

"Y/n I'm-"

"No I don't even wannna hear it I don't know why I asked, your moving out of my house" I told him as Avery said "and we're getting a divorce"

I CANR lie he was kinda hot

After we all argument with our lover me and Devyn left as Avery ran after "I'm sorry that my wife was with your husband."

"He's not my husband we-...we were gonna get married but I guess not anymore.."
