And that's what woke him up. He woke up, panicked, breathe hard for a second. It took him a moment for him to realize it was a dream
"Bubs" He looked at his left side to see Anushka holding a glass of water
Dealing with his nightmares for about 6 months, she knew it was not the best idea to wake him up suddenly between a nightmare.. So she didn't try and let him process the surrounding
"You got the nightmare again" Virat nodded gulping down the glass of water
"It's okay I'm here, you know that right? I am there humeshaa" She said holding his hand

"We have a jug of water here and we are not sleeping" She switched on the lights

Anushka heard it but pretended not to hear

Abhi pls can we watch the stars together as we used to" She asked cutely with puppy eyes to which Virat nodded and Nush excitedly arranged the matteress while Virat adored the only happiness that has been constant in his life for the last few months
"What are you doing thereee, come and help mee naa" Virat helped her and dropped on the matteress tired while Anushka sat adorning the stars
Virat shifted his head to her lap and she ran her fingers through his hair
After almost 40 mins he was asleep and Anushka was still awake looking at her love
"I hope everything gets okay soon and I get my Virat back, I can't see you like this Bubs"
She didn't move because that would disturb his sleep

"Kabir I don't feel like eating anything right now.. I will have it later" Mahi said as he had no appetite
"It's been months Mahi forget him, he betrayed you" Kabir said keeping the plate on the table

"I was coming bacha" He said with a slight smile
"Kabir it's time for the practice session let's go" Kabir and Ro went for the practice session while Mahi went to Rahul bhai
