I was one of them. If it wasn't for David Madsen, Chloe's stepdad, honestly, I would be dead. But little did we know, there was more to the entire thing. Right now, I'm in college, and I'm studying to get my photography degree. I don't really know what Chloe is doing, honestly she's just here for support. Of course, I will stand by her, She eventually asks me out, and now we're dating. She works and pays my college fees, and she has honestly been giving me the world since I chose her over a population of 5000+ people. I couldn't risk losing her not again, not after all I have been through to save her, and since I have left her at one of the hardest times in her life. When her biological father died, I wanted to make that up to her by showing her she was important. Even though I feel bad for killing all of those people off with the tornado, I made it by messing with time. No one will ever know it was me other than Chloe. I missed my friends, but at that time I didn't know what to do. I just ripped up the photo that I could have used to reverse time and let it blow in the wind. After ripping it, there was no going back. I was stuck with the decision I had made, and I don't regret it one bit. I wish I could have saved them all. But with a decision that big, I had to choose, and I had to make it quickly.
"Max~ Max!" I quickly snapped out of it, hearing my name being called as I daydreamed with my head on my desk. "You okay baby", Chloe asked. "I'm fine." I looked up at her and smiled. She smiled back at me. She kissed my forehead, then pulled a nearby chair and sat down in the chair next to me. "What are you working on?" Chloe asked curiously. "I'm just editing some photos for class." I said. Chloe strolls through all of my photos I have already finished editing. They look nice, I like them, Chloe said. "Thanks I tried, but I've just been out of there lately." I said. "FlashBacks?" Chloe asked. "Yeah I don't know...something has been off lately." I said. "Do you regret your choice you made?" Chloe asked. "NO! NO! NEVER!" "It's fine if you do, I don't think it was the best choice for you to-" Chloe said. "I NEVER EVER REGRET THE DECISION I MADE!" I SHOUTED AT HER NOT MEANING TO. It was silent for a while before Chloe broke the silence. "I have to get ready for work, I love You." chloe said I paused again as I tried to find the right words "I'm sorry for shouting at you." I said, and I then got up and hugged her bye. "I Love You Too." I then helped straighten up her clothes and walked her out. I had to get ready to leave soon, too. I had to get to class, and I quickly gathered all my things I would need for class and started heading out. In class, we were given an assignment to work in a group, and I never liked working in a group. It's always me doing all the work while the others just look at me. As I tried to figure out who that was, looking around the room, the rest of the names faded out. I then saw a girl walking over to me and sat in the chair across from me. "Hello", I said and smiled at her briefly. She then gave me a little wave, I guess she doesn't talk much. We both then started working on our project, It was kinda like a photo collage board with photos from both of us. The girl across from me then spoke, "a few years ago...you lived in Arcadia Bay, right? When the whole town got wiped out...How did you survive?" I got really creeped out by the random question. I then replied "I just had really good shelter for me and my friend." She then placed her hand on mine, and then she said..you're lying ...Can you reverse time?..HOW DID SHE KNOW I have no clue what you're talking about... "Mr.Jefferson in the dark room" she then said. I then got my stuff and excused myself to the restroom. I then thought to myself, "This girl is crazy...Has she been stalking me for all of these years?" I should call chloe. I then quickly get my phone and call Chloe, "Hello". "Hey you ok?" Chloe then replied Then the girl walked into the bathroom, too. "What do you want from me?" I then asked her "I just want your help to put a stop to this and so do all of the others we can save them." "How did you know all of that stuff about me?" I then asked. "I'm just like you. I have powers too. Anything or anyone I touch I can see the history or past of. I can't change anything, but I see it from their point of view." The girl said."And what do you mean we can save them?They're all dead, and Jefferson is dead. It's all over now." "It's not just jefferson it's hundreds of dark rooms all over the world, and it's thousands of teachers doing the same thing, Mr. Jefferson was doing to his victims." "They capture you then if they all agree you're worthy to stay they'll take you to a dark web auction and sell you for as much as they can get, and they'll mark you with a hot stample and put a chip in you to locate where you are.. It's a lot to it more than you know, max."She said I then turned to look at her, slowly putting down the phone away from my ear As I kept hearing Chloe yelling "hello" from the phone, trying to make sure I was ok... "How did you escape?" I then asked "...I didn't," Adasia then quickly grabbed Max. Max tried to quickly reverse time, as she lifted her hand to do so, she then noticed it wasn't working and with that, they both disappeared. Particle by Particle.
