This may be a really weird theory, but I have seen no one talk about it.
So my theory is that Gwen has a wig and wears it like all the time.
My guesses:
. In the episode "Not quite famous," Gwen's hair was on a weird angle when she woke up, which could be her wig out of place.
. She could not have been allowed to dye her hair, so she wore a wig.
. Her hair is actually red, like in the teasers for the show.
The theory:
Heather found out she wore a wig when she read her diary so she stole a wig which is why when she was making fun of Gwen's blog, she had an exact replica of Gwen's wig, and it doesn't look just a little like it, it looks the exact same!
