dr eggman is shown on the screens around the world as he stands proud and sinisterly as he sends an announcement across the entire world of how much of a threat he is to them all.

DR EGGMAN: hah, hah, hah! citizens of earth, lend me your ears and listen to me very carefully! my name is dr. eggman, the world's greatest scientist, and soon to be the world's greatest ruler! now, witness the beginning of th greatest empire of all time!
we now go to outer space near earth as a crusted planeted starts having green glowing coming out of it until the crust on half of it explodes and gets sent away into space revealing the ark itself with it having a familar feature to dr eggman as it opens up the eclipse cannon and charges the blast as people watch and fires the beam of energy straight towards the moon destroying half of the moon itself as people stare in shock and fear of what they just saw.
everyone in the audiance stared in silence as they either dropped their food they were holding or drinks or spitted out their drinks in shocked of seeing what they saw eggman just do with the ark in the sky. many now realize that zeon wasn't joking when he said dr eggman is not to be taking as a joke after what they saw him do to the moon. the heroes were shocked of such power that eggman used on the moon and feared that he will use it on earth and don't want to think of seeing earth blow up.
the villains however were amazed and fascinated by such destructive power wanting gain it which they could've used to destroy those who stood in their way. aaravos was intrigued by the power dr eggman possessed on that small metalic planet that was forgotten so many years and wondered how he could've made such a destructive weapon. many villains grin evily at seeing the moon get blasted in half and imagined it being those who ruined their plans and stood in their way.
SHREK: no way.....*looks to zeon who's floating above the cast watching the same thing they are* you really weren't kidding. i know he almost destroyed earth with chaos by accident...but i'd never thought he could be this dangerous!
FIONA: i'm glad there isn't a version of him in any of our universe.
PUSS AND BOOTS: who knows what the madman would be capable of doing if he did exist in our worlds. it would've spread disaster.
