Holden pov

"Hey. Listen. This thing we have going on. You know, this 'relationship'. I'm ready to tell Liv the truth. Thanks for these last few months of making her jealous. Thanks Andie. It's Holden." I say, leaving the message. I walk into the school, where Liv and Maddie help their mom after school sometimes.

"Hey Mrs. Rooney. Mr. Rooney. Do you by any chance know where Liv is. I just thought of some really good lyrics for our next song." I asked.

"Liv and Maddie didn't stay today. Actually, all the kids should be at the house. I think Andie and Willow are there too." Mrs. Rooney answered.

"Yeah, and could you take this box back to the house for me. My back is bad." I took the box from Mr. Rooney. There was a note on top of it.
If You hurt my little girl, You will pay. - Mr. Rooney.

I sprinted back to Liv's house, carrying the box.

Setting the box down on the porch, I took a deep breath and knocked on the door. Maddie opened it.

"Oh hey Holden. Andie just left, you should be able to catch up to her." She said.

"Oh. I'm not here for Andie. Is Liv here?" I asked.

"Liv!" Maddie yelled. "It's hungry hungry Holden."

Liv came bouncing down the stairs. "Hey hot and hungry Holden." She called me hot.

I walked right up to her, my guitar swinging across my back. I cupped her face with my hands, pulling her close.

I. Kissed. Liv. Rooney.
Liv pov

I can hear Maddie giggling behind me. Holden's lips are still attached to mine. And I'm not kissing back. Which is weird, because I really really like Holden.

"Why did you do that. You realize what you've done. You've cheated in your girlfriend. With her best friend. What the fuck is wrong with you!" I yelled when he pulled apart.

"Liv, I was only dating Andie to make you jealous. Andie saw how I looked at you and she told me how she wanted to make a boy jealous, so we pretended to date." Holden explained.

I don't know whether to believe him or not. My brain is saying no, but my heart is saying yes.

"I believe you." I said.

"That's great. Will you, Liv Rooney be my girlfriend?"

"Yes." I answer. Maddie taps on my shoulder.

"Mom and dad just pulled in, so it's not time for a make out session right now." Maddie said.

"Oh. Yeah. I wrote a song when I was thinking about you. It's called Thinking About You."

"I can't wait to hear it. But right now, you are gonna go upstairs."

"Liv." Maddie warned.

"Nothing's going to happen. I'll be right up." I say, pushing Holden up the stairs.

Holden sprints up the stairs just before my mom opens the door.

"Hey. Everyone still here?" Dad asks Maddie.

"Nope. Holden, Willow, and Andie just left. It's just the family." Maddie answers, God bless her.

"Where's Joey and Parker?" Mom asks. I look around.

Joey and Parker walk in the room. They sat on the couch.

"We have some news. It started with a kiss." My dad began.

"And ended with a baby. I found out three months ago. In five and a half months, you'll have a new baby sibling. You guys can guess what it is. We aren't going to tell you, but we do know the gender." Mom says. Wow. A baby.

"Girl." I shouted.

Maddie shouted: "boy".

"What makes you think that the baby's going to be a boy." I challenged.

"What makes you think the baby's going going to be a girl." Maddie shot back at me. I shot her a look.

"Well I think the baby's going to be a..." Joey began.

"Shut up Joey. Nobody cares." We said simultaneously.

After dinner, I asked Maddie to shoot some hoops so I could spend some time with Holden. I snuck some food up the stairs for him.

"Hey." I said.

"Hey."

OKAY! Part one done. So excited. OK, part 2 will be out in a little bit, but first things first. The Rooney baby. I need to know baby names. So leave a comment with gender and a name, and preferably what the name means. I can be ANY NAME, but I won't be naming the baby 'name.' That's all for now.
