Nari just..
Stared.
suspiciously.
I suppose it was because i was missing over 90 percent of my clothing that i had originally worn.
'' Sorry. had to leave Jack's early, he got busy. '' u shuffled my shoes into the gravel floor and stared away from her eyes.
She raised a eyebrow.
'' So. Uhm. what happened to your clothes? ''
Panic.
'' Jack's house is hot. just had to get fresh air. ''
'' and explain the cuts, scars and bruises? ''
'' I fell over on the skateboard. ''
'' You didn't bring your skateboard cami. ''
'' I borrowed jacks. quit questioning me. ''
She sighed.
'' Cami. '' she looked at me, hurt.
'' just tell me the truth. ''
i stared back up at her.
'' what really happened?!. ''
Tell her the truth? no. i couldn't.
'' I told you already. just stay out of my business Nari. ''
I shoved past her into the house, up to my room, flopping down onto the bed.
I get a shivery feeling from it, and sat back up, going to sit at my desk.
I wasn't even safe in my own property was i.
It was as if he owned everything about me.
Me, my property, my friends, my life, my body?
I was just something to discard and be bought to him, it was sickening.
I sat back in the chair, i didn't have any energy to turn the computer on. so i just stared at my reflection on the screen. i shut my blinds, and sat in the low lighted room, just being bright from my reading lamp.
Everything. Had. His. Touch.
EVERYTHING.
I wasn't safe anywhere, he was always there. always wanting more, and more.
And More.
