In lands where glaciers gleam in light,

There roams a bear, both fierce and white,

Snowy, they call him, with fur like snow,

In icy realms, he loves to go.

With mighty paws and steady stride,

He climbs the peak, with strength and pride,

Mount Everest, where the heavens meet,

His heart's desire, his lofty feat.

Through treacherous paths and icy crests,

Snowy persists, on his quest's behest,

Each step a challenge, each breath thin,

Yet fueled by courage, he aims to win.

At last, he reaches the mountain's crown,

Where icy winds in fury drown,

But there, atop the world so high,

Another creature meets his eye.

A vulture, with wings spread wide,

Circles the summit, where shadows hide,

Their meeting unexpected, yet profound,

In this barren, desolate ground.

Snowy, with curiosity, draws near,

While the vulture regards him, calm and clear,

Two souls from different realms they be,

Bound by fate atop this icy sea.

The vulture speaks, with wisdom old,

Of skies and winds, of tales untold,

While Snowy listens, with rapt attention,

Absorbing tales of flight and ascension.

Though different in form and winged flight,

In this moment, their spirits unite,

For on this peak, where the heavens kiss,

They find a kinship, amidst the abyss.

As twilight falls and stars alight,

Snowy bids the vulture goodnight,

With newfound wisdom, he starts to descend,

A journey's end, but bonds won't bend.

For in the heart of Snowy, forevermore,

Lies the memory of the vulture's lore,

A tale of friendship, on heights untrod,

Between a bear named Snowy, and a vulture, demigod.
