Past- three days before their engagement.

"what? mom we can do it different right? like them with themselves and US with ourselves" Kareena said looking up from at her phone 

"Kareena you need to get close to them." her mother replied 

"why I will leave them after 6 months." she mumbled 

"what?" Aakriti [her sister-in-law] asked 

"um nothing." she replied smiling

"when?" she asked her mom 

"evening 4pm." her mom replied 

"wow I have some years hm~" she said sarcastic tone getting up 

"3 hours isnt enough huh?" her brother Neelesh asked 

"none of your business" Kareena said rolling her eyes 

Kareena walked into her room and got freshen up- after a good 1 hour 30 minutes she came outside and opened her wardrobe 

"this one? or this?" she asked her self and idea popped in her mind, she took her phone on counter slab 

she scrolled for her bestfriend number and called her, after few rings she lift the call 

"wear something and come to my home right now- actually you have a hour." she said 

"Excuse me? its 2.30pm now and- you know what fuck off" Anya replied 

"its my engagement shopping" she said taking her outfit 

"send location, Im getting up" Anya said making Kareena chuckle 

"my home ass." she said and Anya cut the call

she came down from her room- 

"should we start?" her mom asked 

"we still have half an hour maa" she said walking down like a sloth 

"we can---" before her mom can complete her sentence 

"KAREENA BISH! IM HERE." Anya shouted entering into the home 

"oh aunty- hi, hi vadhina, hey-" she greeted everyone but her eyes fixed on Dev. 

Kareena saw him and rolled her eyes he did the same. 

"why is that old man here?" Anya asked 

"we are going to shopping together." Kareena said with uninterested tone

after few minutes both the families went to mall- [only women and Neelesh, Dev, Viraj] 

"will you girls go?" Daksh asked Aakriti,Kareena,Anya,Esha,Geetika nodded 

Daksh and Chanchal went to other side along with Neelesh, girls walked to Lehenga section with boys. 

"good evening mam- what will you like to see?" the sales man asked 

"engagement lehenga" Aakirti said 

"something heavy yk-" she added making him nod 

"pastel colors" Anya said 

she likes pastel colors-

"why dont you try something colorfull." Esha asked her sister
