I never been the religious type

I never really prayed like that

Nor have I ever really read the bible

But after I met you

You started to give me hope

I realized this may have been a sign from God

That he sent me a man

To teach me about faith and his story

I started to read the bible more often

Started to pray a bit more

And I realized

In each prayer I mentioned your name

I thank God

For letting us cross paths

For allowing us to love

And even if you don't say those three words

You show me those three words
