IN WHICH christopher sturniolo and dominique flores have been best friends since birth. she grew up alongside the boys. they had the same classes since kindergarten. yet, a special bond has always glowed between chris and dominique. years of unspoken feelings and fear of rejection had kept her silent for years, she didn't want to ruin the bond that she had with their family. it wasn't until senior year that when chris began distancing himself from her that she realized how deeply she loved him or how little she meant to him. when she sees chris single in college once again she runs, never wanting to let him in again. however the yearning in her heart only wanted him. it still wants him. it wants her best friend.
