She looked at the clock, it was 01.20AM.
She felt her cheeks burning as she waited for another minute.
Her phone rang.
She looked at it and it said "Charlie".
Elizabeth sighed and picked it up.
"You better be calling me for an important reason"
She heard Charlie laugh, rough and big.
"I just wanted to ask: have you seen the new timetable?"
"You know what you just did, Charlie?"
Elizabeth felt her nerves popping out.
"You just ruined my 01.21AM mark".
"Oh, was it Mond?"
"Yes and thank you"
Charlie laughed again. "Just wanted to let you know that the new sched is going to screw up your life".
"Thanks" Elizabeth hanged up.
She waited for Mond.
And waited.
And waited.
It was 02.21AM, she gave up and closed her eyes. She looked at her phone hoping someone would talk to her.
It vibrated: "Charlie"
Charlie made a little exhausted laugh.
"Drink milk and maybe it'll help you get the 7 hours of sleep that you need"
Elizabeth laughed genuinely.
"You know I hate milk. Good Morning"
"Right. Good Morning"
