"So it turned out the key actually belonged to Stiles, then we found that key unlocked the chemistry closet, which is where Barrow was hiding, which connected to the classroom where Kira's death warning was apparently written by me."

Malia Tate blinks at the girl before her. "Uh..." Her lips purse as she toys with the end of her grey long-sleeved shirt. "What does it mean?"

Ophelia sighs and her head drops onto the metal table with a dull thud. "It means Stiles and I are accomplices in helping a fugitive run from the cops and possibly attempted murder... That's a maybe on the last part, it's still a bit blurry." She looks back up to the werecoyote and grimaces. "I'm sorry, you don't need to hear this shit-"

"No!" Malia interrupts quickly. "No, I really do. The only interesting stuff in here is whenever someone throws themself off the stairs, or when some girl gets a fake phone call." Her friend arches a brow. "Long story. But I wanna hear it." She smiles at Ophelia. "C'mon, I've always been good at listening."

The blonde quietly snorts. "That's 'cause you couldn't talk back if you didn't like what I was saying." Malia rolls her eyes but they hold amusement within them. Ophelia looks around the courtyard, making an effort to scowl at an orderly whenever she locks eyes with them. She's not a fan of Eichen House at all. At least the area for visitors is outside. "So, what's it like here?"
