The normal catnap sits in place as red smoke erupts from his mouth. He looks around, and that's when he sees it. A large malformed catnap walks towards him. He's walking on all four legs, and he gas a wide and creepy smile, ' HE WILL ABANDON YOU!' The nightmare catnap says in a ghostly tone, he speaks in a cold and dead tone

Normal catnap covers his ears and shakes his head, trying to ignore it, 'That's a lie! He loves me, and nothing will change that! It's been proven time and time again how much he loves me!' Normal catnap shouts at the nightmare his voice sounds shaky

The nightmare grabs Normal catnap by the mouth, 'HAVE YOU ALREADY FORGOTTEN...?' It forces catnap to turn his head. Normal catnap's eyes widen as tears stream down his face more and more as he sees dogday hanging by his belts and his bottom half is missing, guts hanging out, 'ALL THE PAIN YOU FORCED HIM TO ENDURE?!'

Normal catnap starts shaking as more and more tears run down his face along with more red smoke erupting from his mouth

Dogday glares at both catnaps, 'you did this...I'll never forgive you for what you did to me... i hate you... I hate you!' he hisses weakly

'HE HATES YOU...HE SIMPLY WANTS YOU TO BELIEVE HE LOVES YOU SO WHEN THE TIME COMES HE WILL HURT YOU THE SAME WAY YOU HURT HIM!' The nightmare snakes these words into normal catnaps ears, causing him to cry more. These words freeze him with fear and sadness, 'GIVE HIM A REAL CHANCE TO LEAVE AND HE WILL NEVER COME BACK TO A MONSTER LIKE YOU!' Nightmare whispers to normal catnap

Normal catnap falls to the ground covering his ears, 'shut up! shut up! shut up! shut up! shut up! shut up! LIER LIER! You're a liar!' He screams, trying to block it all out, an endless stream of tears running down his face, and that's when he feels a warm hug

Catnap slowly turns to see dogday kneeling there hugging him, 'sweetie...I'm here please don't cry' catnap wakes up from his sleep while the real dogday is still hugging him. Catnap, who's been crying in his sleep clings to dogday, continuing to cry and making sad noises

Dogday rubs catnap's head, 'shhh...it was just a nightmare cupcake you don't need to get upset I promise' dogday says reassuringly. Catnap keeps crying and making noises as he clings tighter to dogday

The following morning, Dogday walks into the kitchen, rubbing his eyes as he yawns.' Hey cupcake, what would you like to eat? Do you want me to make a full-blown home cooked breakfast or something quick and easy like cereal? ' He questions while grabbing for catnaps paw

Catnap gives some resistance against him, his ears are down, and he looks sad, almost like he's on the vurge of tears

Dogday looks at catnap, 'What's wrong, catnap? I know you can't tell me, but I'd be willing to listen. Just write on your tablet. You can tell me anything. And even if you can't tell me, at least tell someone else one of our other friends. I'll feel much better once you're happy again and back to your normal silly cat-like ways. I mean, you haven't clung to me at all today so far.' He thinks back to the previous night, 'I don't like seeing you cry because I feel like I failed you in some way. I want to protect you no matter what. We will always have each other. ' he rests his paw against catnap's cheek, caressing it lovingly

Catnap looks up at him as tears start running down his face. He holds dogdays hand while shaking his head, refusing to elaborate. Dogday wipes his tears away. " Come on, now cupcake, don't cry again. I'm here.' he grabs at his sun collar and holds it out.' You remember our promise? I'll always keep it, and we will always be together. I love you very much, catnap your my furr ever partner ' Catnap holds up his moon collar, putting it up to the sun, causing a clicking noise connecting the two. He smiles up at dogday and then hugs him, 'I love you... you are the sun I need in my life,' he thinks to himself as he hugs dogday tighter and tears keep streaming down his face Dogday hugs catnap back and rubs his back in a soothing way.' it will be alright, I promise.' He refuses to let go of catnap, hugging him tighter Catnap nuzzles into dogdays neck. He turns his body, taking out his tablet, writing, 'I suppose we can go out and see our friends.' he shows dogday the tablet still looking sad Dogday lifts catnap up and spins him around a few times stopping and planting a big smooch on his lips while holding him bridal style ' alright let's go my pound cake we will enjoy our time with everyone ' he smiles heading for the door Catnap turns pink when he's called a pound cake, causing him to cover his face with his tail, which is also blushing pink
