Chapter 5

Catnap and dogday are in their bedroom sleeping, and that's when a knock is heard at the door. Dogday immediately sits up his hair is a mess, and he's covered in purple kiss marks, 'Oh gosh, where's my collar?' He asks, putting one hand to his head and using the other to feel around. He grabs a collar, puts it on, and walks downstairs, opening the door and seeing Bubba there, 'Hey friend, i was wondering if you and catnap wanted to hang out today! Me and crafty have a fun project planned!'

Dogday stands there half asleep, he's a mess and wearing catnap's collar, 'that's cool and all but me and catnap were up all night "playing games"...we aren't really in the mood for hanging out' he goes to close the door but that's when Bubba speaks up again, 'it could result in fun exciting adventures!' He tries to Bribe dogday who opens the door looking interested, 'what kind of adventures?' Dogday asks, looking interested now

Meanwhile, catnap sits up from the bed yawning. His fur is a mess, and he's also missing his collar. He smiles, thinking back to last night, and gets out of bed, heading downstairs collarless. When he sees dogday, he wraps his thin arms around him and starts licking his neck

Dogday giggles, 'Yes, hello cupcake. I love you too, and you're naked. You don't have your collar on~,' he playfully teases

Catnap holds up dogdays collar, causing dogday to look surprised

Catnap puts on dogday's collar, causing dogday to smile and nuzzle him, 'you're so cute, my cupcake'

Catnap writes on his tablet, 'You were calling me your pound cake a lot last night~.' he shows him the tablet smirking, causing dogday to blush

The two look at Bubba, who's still standing there, 'right! Um, we will be over in a few minutes!' Dogday says while catnap starts pulling him away, purring and blushing. Dogday pushes the door close, leaving Bubba alone

After an hour catnap and dogday makes it to Bubba's and crafty's home, dogday and catnap are still wearing the others collar. Crafty takes a picture, 'Aww, look how cute you two are wearing each other's collars!'

Dogday smiles and rubs his head while catnap stands in a feminine way, looking unamused, 'dogday puts an arm around catnap, 'so what is it you needed?'

Crafty takes out a script and shows them dogday looks at the cover, 'King Arthur and the critters of the round table?' He looks at catnap confused then at crafty, 'you want to put on a play?' He asks, sounding confused

Crafty nods, 'I feel like it would be fun, and on top of that, you can be king Arthur dogday and catnap can be your loving wife!' Catnap blushes while his ears perk. He looks at dogday excitedly with sparkling eyes

Dogday rubs the back of his head while smiling, 'we would love to be included in this play!' He happily wags his tail

Crafty takes them to the costume closet. She gives dogday a suit of fake armor, 'Oh wow, this is amazing! Thank you.' Dogday says putting the armor on

Crafty gives catnap a royal dress, which causes him to blush and his ears to fold. He looks at it and then at dogday. He hands the dress back, looking away, embarrassed

Crafty looks surprised, 'I'm sorry I just thought you would want this' She takes it and hands him a royal suit which catnap smiles and writes on his tablet showing her, 'I love the idea of the dress but only when it's just me and dogday' he takes the suit putting it on

Bubba takes pictures, "You both look very elegant and intellectual."

Dogday stands there with one hand on his hip, standing proud and confident in the suit of armor. catnap is holding onto dogday's hand while he has his right foot over his left foot while in a spiffy suit
