Letting out a dramatic sigh Edaline stepped into the beam letting the light carry her away. Arriving in the fields of Dawn Heath, Edaline collapsed completely exhausted; she would've hit the ground if Alden hadn't caught her. Edaline was just coming back to her senses when a sharp, angry voice called out "Oh good your back."
Edaline spun around to face her angry father mumbling "Dad I'm sorry I just
"Quiet" Malice snapped "Have you any idea how frantic your mother has been."
Someone clearing their throat behind everyone caused Edaline to whip around to face her angry mother "Stupid child, you're fifteen and you thought you could survive in the Forbidden cities by yourself. I was actually worried."
"Yeah worried about your reputation," Alden snarled in the background
"Actually, I'm seventeen" Edaline snapped "And you would know that if you bothered to interact with me but no you insist on staying away because to you, I'm some sort of freak."
"You are a freak and I don't want to see you ever again get out of my face you useless child." Cozbi snarled.
