Miraculous: it is a chained bracelet with lion figureheads and while it's inactive it's just plain silver but when active it is a gold colour with a white vein pattern all along it

Weapon: the weapon forms as black chains from under the users cape, as long as the chains are concealed under he users cape they can extend and manifest endlessly with a limit of five separate chains at a time

Miraculous Power: New Order; this ability allows the user touch something and say its name which will allow the user to give it a new rule on it allowing them to manipulate and bestow new properties onto the world around them, the user has a limit of 3 uses before their transformation runs out and they can only command one think at a time.
Friends: Kaiser is friends with Nino and Adrian, they basically grew up together throughout school and is the quiet friend of the group, he rarely talks to anyone else and doesn't like people that much.
