I know Im over you
But is that really true
You make me laugh
You light up my sky
Is this really the same guy
The guy who left me all alone
They who left me there to roam
If you really are so bright
Then why do I rarely see your light
A faded out candle
A snow melting dry
A balloon as it drifts away to the sky
Something far
Beyond
Out of reach
Something I long for
But is no more
Maybe it would have been different had you'd stayed
Maybe it would have gone my way
A million maybes a million what ifs
I am faced with these cliffs
The deepness surrounds me
These thoughts rushing in
Oh i'm burdened with this sin
The sin of loving someone someone so cruel
To up and leave me like a fool.
