In a nook where tales and whispers blend,
Lily dwelt, where pages were her friends.
A maiden pure, in a world so vast,
In a bookstore small, time gently passed.
Her eyes behind lenses, clear and bright,
Saw worlds in words, in black and white.
A soul untouched by life's cruel game,
Innocence her shield, Lily by name.
Then came a day, like none before,
A shadow crossed the quaint bookstore.
Dominic, power cloaked in guise,
Found in her gaze, his own surprise.
A chance encounter, worlds collide,
A girl so fair, a man of pride.
In her simple grace, he saw a light,
In his dark world, a beacon bright.
Emotions stirred, so raw, so real,
A heart of ice began to feel.
Innocence caught in a gaze so deep,
Awakened a beast, long in sleep.
Thus begins their tale, so bold, so new,
A path of thorns, they must pursue.
Innocence lost, but love may find,
In the pages of life, so intertwined.
