WHEN Raven Hudson won the 64th Hunger Games she won it with a strike of luck and an axe. She hoped, prayed, she wouldn't have to worry about it ever again. Then she got marked as district 10s mentor - left to watch every tribute after her get ready for the slaughter. She did her best to help, desperate to save them from the inevitable. Yet within the 68th games she found someone who had a chance. The only downfall? She got attached.

her weapon of choice is an axe and she is a very kind woman. she was 14 when she got chosen and at the time of the story is 17 - only a few months older than roy. she's like if peeta was left to be a mentor - desperate to help the tributes. small things: she likes cats and chocolate. i imagine her to be alike to kristine froseth
roy;
his vibes are bloody knuckles, broken bottles, and bruises. he would get in alot of fights in district 10 and has a switchblade - would be good with daggers. despite being very fiery he's determined to survive the games for raven. i imagine him to look alike to either benjamin wadsworth or mark mckenna
personal notes;
this is kind of based off of songbirds and snakes with the mentor/student aspect except roy only wants to survive because he wants to see raven again and raven genuinely cares. this story is seen to go from the games to maybe an after period to than skipping to catching fire and onward.
