how I'm improving my life

Improving my mental health isn't easy. There's days when my mental health makes me exhausted but there are things I can do other than continue to take my medication and go to therapy. I am writing a lot more and that itself is a kind of therapy for me. I am reading a lot more. My favorite types of books are Christian and poetry books. I take long walks now and take pictures on my camera. I also pray to God very often. Having a good relationship with the Lord is very important to me. My advice to anyone struggling is to try doing something that makes you happy and stick to it. Some days are easier than others but I believe everyone can be happy. I believe fear and anxiety shouldn't control people's lives even though to be honest, it can control mine. We all need to make healthier choices for ourselves. Be kind to yourself. You deserve it.
