When people ask, "cats or dogs?". I can't help but choose cats, although throughout my lifetime I had many people arguing about how dogs are better and superior to the adorable felines. I've always disagreed with any sentence that includes those details. I've ground up with cats, learned that they have different personalities, what some of them dislike and love, and how to pet them in the right spot.
I've grown up with old, young, and medium aged cats. Fed them, watered them, gave them love and attention, make sure they are safe, and make them feel apart of my family. Many people have told me "you're too obsessed with cats!". And yes, I honestly do understand why people say that. Especially my other family members, they've seen me make a Christmas stalking for both of my cats last year. For a nice simile, me and my cats are like magnets being put together.
Sometimes though, a cat just doesn't want attention. It may want peace and quiet, especially older cats. I've had younger children around my older cats, they truly dislike it. Whenever this happens I normally try to put them in a peaceful spot away from any kids. I'm scared of them suffering from a heart attack. If it did happen, unfortunately it wouldn't be the first time it's happened
