Soliloquy!

[Outside the college Riya was waiting for Jannat. After seeing her she asked..]

Riya: Where have you been till now? And who comes to meet you? Jan... Tell me.

Jannat: Riya, even though I was surprised to see him.

Riya: Him!! What do you mean by 'him'?

Jannat: It was... It was Jahaan who came to meet me.

Riya: Whaaaaattttttttttttttt!!!! That arrogant guy. Why did he come here? What did he want?

[Jannat told her everything that happened with her from yesterday to today. Riya was so astonished. Her anger calms down and she teases Jannat.]

Riya: Ahhhhh haaaaaa.... Hmmmmm hmmmmm. Jahaan saved his number to your phone and also by own... Hmm......

Jannat: Hey, What are you trying to say? It's just a number ok. He doesn't tell me that he will text me. So, just shut your mouth.

[Riya just started laughing but, as Jannat rolled her eyes at her, she just stopped laughing and both they left for home.]

[At night, while in bed Jannat was checking her phone again and again. An unknown feeling engulfed her, she forgot all her obstacles that she had faced and drowned in the thoughts of that man. That arrogant, short tempered man. No, he is not arrogant at all.]

[Tingg.......]

[Suddenly she came back to reality and on her phone. A smile filled with her lips. Her cheeks become pink.]

[On the phone.]

Jahaan: Hope you are sleeping.

Jannat: No, not at all.

Jahaan: May I know the reason?

Jannat: No specific reason. But looks like you are also not sleeping.

Jahaan: Umm.... Though I won't go to office but some tasks are pending. So I've done them all.

Jannat: Achha... Very busy young man. Right.

Jahaan: Uhh... Kind of.

Jannat: Have you complete your dinner? Or you forgot that among your works.

[Jahaan looked in front of him. There are 2 bottles of bear which he had already finished and just opened the 3rd one.]

Jahaan: Yes. I had my dinner (he doesn't want to aware her about his bad habit).

Jannat: Oh.. Have you finished all of your works? Or anything yet to be done?

Jahaan: No, I've just finished all. And now decided to go to sleep.

Jannat: Then I've to wish you a very good night.

Jahaan: Ah, I think yes. As I'm very sleepy today.

Jannat: Ok, then Byeee...

Jahaan: Bye Miss...

Jannat: Hmm.

[Jannat goes offline and goes to sleep while cuddling her favorite pillow.]

[Jahaan also puts his phone on silent and walks to the balcony. He lit an 'Insignia' (Cigarette) and started smoking. What he was thinking about we don't know. Then he had some memories which were flashbacks in front of his eyes. Jahaan's eyes were red because of alcohol.]

[It was 1:10 am of night. He started hallucinating himself sitting on the chair, with cross-leg posture.]

Jahaan: You. Why are you here?

Jahaan's hallucination: Yes, I'm. I have come to warn you.

Jahaan: Warn for what?
Jahaan's Hallucination: From that cheap Jannat.

Jahaan: But why? She is a sweet girl.

Jahaan's Hallucination: Sweet girl!! Huh. Don't forget what was happened with you... How can you forget your position. Number one post of number one company. How can you forget that you are Jahaan and each and every girl falls for you, falls for your look, style, money and personality.

Jahaan: Oh just stop this. I don't want to remember anything and anyone. She... She is Jannat. She is not like...... Ahhhhhh.

[Suddenly Jahaan felt there was no one in his room and realized that he was talking with his own. His whole body was sweating and finished the last half of the 3rd bottle. Then he scratches his hair and sits down on the bedside. He started crying more and more.]

[Somebody listened to all the incidents but no one came to know.]
