Eira was still in her car, getting back from the premier of her first and probably last movie
It was very late at night, almost three in the morning
It was a good day, at least much better than she thought
She was really glad she got to meet Toji's kids. Both of them were lovely. She had to tell Toji everything though
She also kinda felt guilty she took so much of their time. She really hoped Gojo and Toji won't mind though
She was thinking about all this when her phone rang. She absentmindedly picked up
"Hello"
"Hey doll"
She gently blinked a few times before shaking her head with a smile
"Toji-san"
"I've heard you met with my kids today?"
Her eyes widened a bit before she giggled lightly
"Yes, they were at my movie premiere. They were lovely to be around. I've gotta say, they are really sweet and well mannered. You did a great job raising them"
Her complement made him chuckle and shake his head
"I didn't actually. I was always a shitty father. But they probably got their good behavior from Geto. He was the only responsible one when they were growing up. I know Megumi looks up to him a lot"
"Is that so? I'm glad to know he had people to look after him. And don't blame yourself dear, you did what you could "
A small smile came to his lips hearing her encouraging words. She was just always so sweet
Talking to her always made his mood better
"Whatever you say, doll. Thank you for taking care of them for me though. They had a great time. "
She giggled
"Now did they? I tried my best to include them in all the activities. You know, as much as it was possible. I couldn't let them do everything tho, since they are still young "
Toji hummed
"You know, I never knew you were my daughter's favorite model. I found out today. She's so happy, the happiest I've seen in a long while. It's all thanks to you "
"Oh it was nothing. I'm glad to know they like me . I was a little worried though, thinking they might not like me"
"That's just impossible, doll. There's no one who can't like you"
Her cheeks flushed with his compliments, heart warmed up
"And you know I'm kinda surprised how much Megumi likes you. He doesn't usually like new people but you're an exception, it seems. And you didn't need to buy so many things "
"It's completely fine Toji-san. It's my gift for them, since we met for the first time. So don't worry about it. I myself had a lot of fun with them.
And one more thing, Megumi looks so much like you. I was so surprised when I saw you"
Hearing her say the last part, Toji snorted again
"Is that why you were staring at him?"
His question made her a little confused. He wasn't rude but it was kinda an unusual thing he'd say
"Yeah, maybe I did stare at him for a bit as I was kinda amazed at how similar you two looked... Why did he find it weird or something? Did I somehow offended him?"
