Fins that pierce seas,
Bring me further from overgrown trees,
Further I can't help but swim,
I fear for what happens when I stop on a whim.

Eyes watch recording from a far,
I can't hide nor flee faster than that of the car,
Its placoid skin nearing evermore,
Yet still unafraid seagulls soar.

Down they come to hunt,
Chances of life are slim its sad but I must be blunt,
Each peck makes a ripple a new alteration,
Soon comes a tsunami of great damnation.

Habitats lost,
A simple change comes at a great cost,
As it smashes the ape's forts,
They called themselves kings and yet the ripple retorts.

What is that I fear,
The lack of knowledge is left in my mind to sear,
Still it nears closer,
Tightening around my neck like a predatorial boa.

It sees me where I stay,
It makes me feel like I'm just prey,
It tells my school where to go,
Still it convinces me that,
when they talk of choice,
it is only pro.
