"Sana?" "Ah yes that's me" I said as i stood up from my seat and grabbed the box filled with things. I followed the nurse as she entered the door as i put the box on top of the table as they said to put it there the doctor asked me.

"Are you sure about this Ms. Minatozaki? There will be no going back once we do this." I nodded "Yes im sure." The doctor instructed me to lay down on the chair as the nurse put something on my temples. The box i put on top of the table was getting put away. Which had memories with her. The Letters, Plushie, And, Old Flowers. The doctor assured me it would be okay and told me to just relax.

As i relaxed i couldn't help but feel a little pain somewhere.. Then the doctor started counting, the counting was all i heard until...

Flashback

"Baby lets play at the arcade today!" I said happily while dragging her to the arcade as we paid for the balance we started to play different games we collected alot of tickets then we saw a claw machine she played and won me a teddy bear it was so cute.

We took pictures with the teddy bear. "This is the best day ever baby" I said happily she smiled at me and kissed my cheek. I smiled and almost kissed her cheek.

End of Flashback

I jolted awake as i felt a sharp pain at my temple. I clutched the necklace she gave at our 4th anniversary. The nurse went to me and asked "Are you okay?" I nodded and said "Im okay. Im okay" with a smile. Her eyes went to the necklace that im holding tightly. Her eyes landed on my eyes again. I got nervous as i was expecting for her to ask me to throw it away. But i spoke "C-Can i just, please keep this?" I cried as i pleaded.

"I want to keep this." I pleaded as i cried. She gave me a nod with a smile. Then the doctor suddenly spoke. "We will continue just relax back on the chair and close your eyes." Once again i saw another memory of her.

Flashback

"Baby its snowing! Lets go outside! Wear your gloves and jacket!" She said and i wore my gloves and jacket she waited for me outside with a snowball on her hand with a smile on her face she threw the snowball at me and i squealed i made a snowball and threw it at her unfortunately i missed. "You missed!" she giggled and threw another snowball at me i giggled and threw a snowball at her finally hitting her. She went to me and she laid on her back and started to do a snow angel.

I grinned and followed what she was doing it looked like we were doing jumping jacks but laying down we giggled and as we stood up. It was to lovely it was the best memory to make with her. But then..

End of flashback

As i looked around it was just me.. Alone. Outside one snow angel on the floor.. She's not here with me.. Shes with someone who she loves.. And that's not me.. She's Happy while me? Im suffering.. I went to Japan for a vacation did a snow angel there and it wasn't fun anymore. I made a cake for her on her birthday last year but it felt like i was alone it felt like the cake was for me..

When we went to japan after her birthday she wanted to end things.. She wanted to be friends.. but if we were friends i would be the only one suffering and her she will be happy since she found another.. I wouldn't want to be friends.. I cant i will hurt seeing her with another thats not me.. We tried but i didnt want to suffer any longer i stopped being freinds with her and she stopped contacting me when i ignored her calls.. And that's it.. The doctor counted to 1..

"You can open your eyes now Ms. Minatozaki"

I opened my eyes and looked around i saw doctors and nurses they made me stand up. I thank the doctor and nurses "Thank you Dr. Im" I smiled at the doctor..

...

"Love?"

"Yes, Baby?" I said as i fixed my necklace. Tzuyu Entered my room and helped me fix my necklace.

"There your finally ready" She smiled and kissed my cheek i smiled at her and gave her a peck on the lips.
"Mhmm.. Im finally ready" "Lets go" she held her hand out and i gladly held her hand intertwining it.

"I love you" "I love you too always, baby" i smiled as we went to her car we drove to the restaurant and walked out as she parked the car..

Third Person's POV

As Sana and Tzuyu walked to their booth Tzuyu couldn't help but look at the table near them she recognized someone there as she looked closely she saw Jihyo with Sung Bin... "Ah Jihyo unnie!" Tzuyu exclaimed Jihyo looked at the table next to them and smiled.

"Ahh Tzuyu-ssi!" Jihyo stood up and hugged Tzuyu as Tzuyu stood up. Tzuyu hugged her unnie with a wide smile. They pulled away after a few seconds Tzuyu gestured to Sana. Sana Stood up with a smile going to Tzuyu as Sana held her hand out with a smile..

"Hi My name's Sana.. Sana Minatozaki.." Jihyo smiled at her and accepted her hand. Shaking hands with her she couldn't help but tear up a little as she saw Sana happy with another person she felt happy for Sana..

"Hello Sana.. My name is Jihyo.. Park Jihyo.. Nice to meet you.. again.." Jihyo mumbled the last part.. Sana smiled and they sat back to their seats they ordered food and ate.. The two couple left the Restaurant.. As the couple went out Jihyo couldn't help but smile at Sana..

A/N: Thank you guys for reading this oneshot i honestly thought this wouldnt reach over 1000+ words.. I guess i got too caught up with it.. I actually enjoyed writing this oneshot tho.. Cant wait for my next oneshot.
